I have the pleasure of working with Promac to create a outbound shipping box for my company, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Promac's services have been incredibly helpful in sending out these boxes to our customers, and I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. What impressed me the most was Hanan's prompt and efficient communication. She is always available to answer any questions or address any concerns I had.

Our company has been working with Promac for over 16 years. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They handle receiving, inventory of all of our products, and shipping orders all across the US and Canada. They provide access to all types of inventory reports, which are extremely important to us with forecasting.

Promac is a wonderful partner to do business with and has been instrumental in helping to expand our business. We are grateful to have a wonderful working business relationship with them.

Promac has partnered with us for some truly challenging business partners across retail locations in both the US and Canada.  Their support has gone above and beyond in helping execute rollouts for new displays, quarterly refreshes to update those displays, as well as R&M parts ordering.  They deliver strong results every time, and there have been multiple instances where it has been for multiple clients & displays simultaneously.  Their flexibility, detailed performance, and high-level execution have been vital in our projects.

Our warehousing needs range from simple storage to complex releases involving multiple addresses and varying quantities. As our business has grown, we have started offering kitting, and ship and return loaners of customer owned products. We were referred to Promac by an industry colleague after our experience with two different facilities, fighting warehouse inadequacies, lack of inventory control, reporting, and lack of professionalism. Four years later we are still enjoying the service, accuracy, professionalism and friendly people of Promac. We have found the stress in our office has greatly diminished because of the decision to move our business. As we grow and offer new services Promac is our partner in advancing our business and profits. I recommend them without any reservation.

I have been working with Promac for several years now with them helping us to envision and create our product sample cases and product displays, and they have never been anything other than professional. I love working with Hanan as she does a great job keeping our projects on task and moving along to hit our deadline. Even as our timelines and specifications shift, Promac is always accommodating, keeping our vision in the forefront. I can trust that our final product will be of the same high quality and detail from project to project.

I've had the pleasure of working with Promac for years. The team has always made me feel like a partner, not a client. The account management is the best in the industry and I have the peace of mind knowing they are only a phone call away. Operations of the fulfillment warehouse has been able to handle my volume and last minute work orders. When my projects are supported by Promac, I know they will be successful.
